To get started, download the app on the Apple Store or Play Store.
Create an account
Enter your email or phone number to receive a code
Navigate to the device to get the code, and enter it into code field
Your muon account has been created! You will be guided through onboarding.

Establish your daily meals
Set your first tasks for today; they will appear in today’s ☑️ To do tab
You will then see your muon home page with today’s plan! For an overview of muon, visit the muon overview.
